I called and told the lady what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about. She even inquired about the date of my event to make sure I would receive my items on time. Body: I purchased the purse manicure sets for a bridal shower in October this year and was very pleased with everything. Not only did everything arrive on time, it actually arrived earlier than expected. From the listing I was just expecting to get the purses, however when we opened the box we discovered each purse had been put in a box with a coordinating ribbon on each. They looked so cute, and this made the presentation so much more simple and easy. Additionally I made an error on my part in counting (how embarrassing), we received the correct amount, however counted wrong and contacted customer service via email. Customer service called almost immediately and was very responsive and helpful. When I discovered the error was on my own part and not the companies they continued to be responsive and helpful and worked quickly to get everything sorted out. A friend of mine ordered favors online from some other company and not only never got the favors, but received poor customer service.
